Solargraphy

Solargraphy is a type of film photography that uses extremely long exposure times—sometimes lasting several weeks. This allows us to observe the path of the sun across the sky.
It was a really fascinating process to install my cameras, wait a few weeks, and then see the raw data that I had captured. I then had a lot of fun playing with that image and extracting those beautiful colors and details.
Those two art pieces were part of a collective exhibit at the Gallerie Hangar 7826 in Montreal.
